I recently had the pleasure of staying at the AZ Hotel Mostaganem during my visit to the beautiful city of Mostaganem. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel's warm and welcoming atmosphere, and my experience only got better as the days went on. First and foremost, the staff at AZ Hotel Mostaganem were exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. From the front desk team who greeted me with a smile and efficiently checked me in, to the housekeeping staff who kept my room impeccably clean and comfortable throughout my stay, their dedication to customer service was truly commendable. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the delicious breakfast and dinner options offered at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring a variety of fresh fruits, pastries, cereals, and hot dishes. It was the perfect way to start each day, and the attentive staff made sure I had everything I needed. As for dinner, the restaurant exceeded my expectations with its diverse menu and delectable dishes. From traditional local cuisine to international favorites, every meal was a delight to the taste buds. The hotel's pools were another standout feature. The pristine pool area provided a tranquil oasis where I could relax and unwind. The sparkling waters were inviting, and the surrounding lounge chairs and umbrellas provided ample space to soak up the sun or enjoy a good book. Whether I wanted to take a refreshing dip or simply bask in the sun's warmth, the pools at AZ Hotel Mostaganem provided the perfect retreat. The overall ambiance of the hotel was remarkable. The stylish decor, contemporary design, and attention to detail created an atmosphere of elegance and comfort. From the lobby to the common areas, every space exuded sophistication and class, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I did really appreciate the staff, especially the front desk manager who was keen to support with my issue. As the weather was exceptionally hot for the season, our room was exposed to sun for the whole afternoon and the air-conditioning was set to winter mode, we could not have cooling in the room, the front desk manager has received me in his office and offered to move to a studio where there was less exposure to sunlight. I would thank him for that support and thank reception staff for taking up our concern. Other than that the stay was nice, my kid enjoyed the leisure activities available in the premises, the breakfast was also very nice.

Everything about the hotel is amazing the swimming pools are very good we had an amazing breakfast a lot of choices ala the staff were very friendly and professional i will mention one person he was amazing 👏 kamel boudraf the receptionist great service thank you 😊 🙏 mostaganem amazing place and the people's are very friendly.

The staff are really professional and they made our stay very relaxing especially the receptionists including Miss Lamia who was very helpful. I was highly impressed by the service, the amenities and the food was delicious. Many thanks to the team of this hotel and I would highly recommend it.

The hotel was so clean and the stuff were so kind and helpful, we had a great time with our baby , the food and service was amazing, the pools are so big and clean there’s a lot of long chairs so you can take a rest while the kids playing in the kids pool ,
